September brought with it lots of family fun, including that with meeting and getting to know Naomi, who will be joining the Ahlstrom clan on December 10th of this year! Casey found a good one folks!
Temple night for Jared’s endowment session. It was a special night, and then we all hit up a local pizza joint for dinner afterwards.
Can you tell how much Jared just loves having his picture taken? ;)
We headed to Ben’s parents after dinner to visit for a bit, and of course, play with the kitties and toys!
Date night with my handsome to see Aida! We grabbed pizza to eat on the way there since we were running a bit late. Nothing like being efficient with time and money!
We had front row seats! It was AWESOME!
Jayden was SO excited to get to eat the train off of his birthday cake! I sure love our little ham!
Playing with Play Dough with Uncle Casey while, Mommy worked on the sugar cookies for the Primary kid’s treat for after their program.
While the cookie dough set up in the fridge, Jayden and I played with bubbles. I think it is safe to say he was pretty excited about them…
Sleepover in the living room! Sometimes you just need to mix things up a bit with some fun out-of-the-norm.
Jayden loved climbing up the air mattress and sliding down.
I-hop family dinner date. Gotta love it when kids eat free, and since Ben already ate at his work meeting, we just shared an entrée.
Jayden went crazy for his chocolate milk and chocolate pancake.
Our first time actually putting quarters in the ride. Jayden’s reaction was totally worth that fifty cents!
Jayden had fun playing in Grandma and Grandpa’s backyard while Mommy had a rehearsal for the Primary Program.
Meet Naomi! Casey’s fiancé! We LOVE her! She and I went to the Relief Society Meeting while Ben, Casey, and Kyle gave our car an oil change and rotated the tires.
They are SO cute together!
My Mr. Studly, Prince Charming the frog, and my feelings about Terminix (Ben’s HORRIBLE old employer).
Maybe someone should tell Naomi she can stop kissing frogs now that she found Casey. ;) Ha ha ha! LOVE this girl!
My family watched Jayden while I went to the meeting and Ben fixed the car. I came home to him like this. The many looks of Jayden. Don’t you just love how he styled his hair?
After picking Jayden up, we grabbed ice cream with Casey and Naomi. We sure love our time with them!
We let Jayden go with his crazy hair he combed himself.
He loved his ice cream cone, even if it was a little cold at first.
Jayden sure loves playing with and being tickled by Daddy.
Jayden was fascinated by the lights on the sidewalk.
Let the frosting of the one hundred and thirty cookies begin!
Good thing I had an awesome and handsome helper to keep me company and make it go fast.
I had a house full of cookies!
We finally finished at one-thirty in the morning.
The cookies luckily all fit in the trunk.
Jayden was pretty excited about his crown he got in nursery. Almost as excited as he was to get a leftover cookie when we got home.
