A couple of weeks back, we had the opportunity of enjoying a night of fun together at Ben’s work’s family party. It was so fun to kick back and to relax and have fun together. Jayden had a BLAST! The best part for him? No line for his favorite ride-the “BIG water slide!” What is mine and Ben’s favorite part you might ask? Well, that’s easy. Jayden’s adventurous excitement-of course!
Since Ben got home just before the party started, we picked up a pizza on the way and enjoyed it in the car before heading in to swim.
I think Jayden thought it was a bit too bright for a picture, but at least he tried to put his best face forward.
Jayden sure loves chasing those birds!
Ben and I have taken Jayden’s swimming lessons into our own hands and he has done SO good the past couple of years. Jayden started out this summer out a bit scared of water, but I am happy to report at the end of summer is now LOVING it, and is so brave….although now I may think that he is a little too brave.
And with a very quick dip in the pool, it was on to the main event-the water slide!
I LOVED watching his face and they came down the slide and splashing into the water. SO much joy and cuteness!
We Ostler’s sure LOVE our fun n’ the sun!
