As you can see, we were pretty blessed with a jam packed and fun Summer this year! Things got even more fun when Ben got work off for a couple MUCH-needed days and partied it up with Jayden and I at Willard Bay and Lava Hot Springs! We had a BLAST that second week in August! Here are the pictures from our day at Willard Bay (much like our trip last year) and stay tuned because our Lava Hot Springs Adventure is up next!

Even Jayden wanted a turn and he LOVED it! He said “wee!” and “yay!” and “wahoo!” for the entire duration of the ride.
Once Jayden was safely back in the boat with Grandma, Ben and I enjoyed a little bit of a faster and more exciting ride. We almost fell off three times, but stood victorious over the ride with staying on the entire time.
After bragging that he “never” got kicked off the tube, Jared’s ride had a different ending-twice! ;)
Jayden even got to “drive” a bit. He thought that was pretty neat!

We headed back out before dinner for some wakeboarding.
This was Ben’s first time wakeboarding. He only got a few chances to get up before it was time to head in, and never got up, but I am confident next time, he will be golden. Who knows, maybe I will even give it a go!
Jayden loved riding in the back of the boat while it was towed on the road. He was all giggles and squeals as we made our way to the barbeque. We enjoyed yummy pulled-pork sandwiches for dinner!
After eating Jayden was ready to head back out for some more boating!
This was about the point in time, we decided the tube needed more air. After re-filling it Ben, Jayden, and I headed out for another go on the tube!
We went a little faster this time around, and Jayden did not want me to hang onto him! I had to get pretty creative and sneaky so that he would not notice Mommy clinging to him. When the ride got exciting, Jayden and I had Daddy and Uncle Jared for backup.
After getting Jayden back on the boat, we once again enjoyed a second more thrilling ride.
At the end of the evening, we all jumped in for a little swim in the middle of the lake.
By the big grin on Jayden’s face, I think it is safe to say that Jayden had a BLAST boating!
It was such a good day, and we loved getting to share it with Daddy!
