A Steal of a Deal on New Things for the House!

As you can see from all of the pictures of our new place thus far, we did not have a table for our new home yet, even thought we had lived there for over six months. Our old table was falling apart, and we figured we could just buy another one after we moved, not knowing things would end up being so tight. It was not a big deal, since we had the bar with car stools, and often times would eat on the couch while enjoying a show together, but when we found a perfect chocolate brown table on sale for $140 when it was normally over $500, we used some of the money we had made with our new business to buy it. I was SO excited when it came, and we had a table once again! It went perfectly with our house, and Ben and I were thrilled! Jayden was a little more excited about the packaging and box it came in though, which worked for me since it allowed time to assemble the table while he played to his hearts content.

 

It was a week later, when we finally thought our house was complete and in order, that our dishwasher broke. Lovely. We luckily had a little bit in our budget to spare (thanks once again to our business) and so we went shopping for a new one at Best Buy one night. We LOVE stainless steel and we LOVE LG appliances, so naturally we were hoping to be able to get one. We looked and were happy to find one for 30% off (Ben says we always have to do the big stuff shopping together, because I always find good deals-the car, our phones, the house, the table, and now this-I guess he has a point), and it came with an additional coupon to put towards another LG appliance. So, we decided that since now our microwave was the only appliance left in the kitchen that would not be stainless steel, we would take a peek. We found one we loved that was also on sale, and with getting the floor model (we do this a lot, it save us SO much), and the discount coupon, we practically got the microwave for free. We were SO excited about our new things and love them all still today!

I LOVE this table! It has four chairs and a bench, and is as cute as can be! As for the dishwasher and microwave, they are pretty great too.
