We LOVE our first home and definitely feel it was meant to be, and that we were guided here by a loving Father in Heaven. After a long, hard house hunting experience, we were more than happy to claim this beauty! It is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome with 1400 sq. feet that was built in 2009, and we could not be more in love with it! With it being a HUD home, we also got it for a steal of a deal and would be paying less than we did at our old apartment (which is insane with how much bigger and nicer it is). I am definitely grateful that it is not 4,000 sq. feet on cleaning day, and with the size of our family now. And we definitely can’t complain with it being just a half hour from our parents and 7 minutes from my grandparents and with several of our friends living close by. We are also close to the freeway and shopping and entertainment. We sure love this little home of ours!
Boy do these pictures ever make me love what we have done with this home since buying it, but those pictures are for a later post.
