Now that we were all settled in, it was time for some creative fun with no restrictions on just how far we let our creative energy flow! Yay! We definitely went all out, and I may or may not already be contemplating some other projects. Having your own place is the best!
In the Master we glazed on part of this wall and left the other matte.
It was Ben’s idea to paint the doors like this. Don’t you think they look great?!
We were able to paint all of this with just one can of paint and one container of glaze. We used Valspar Guacamole paint with the Valspar Pearl Glaze. The doors were the Valspar Brick Red. The doors we did with a little sample container of paint we got for a dollar. After the painting fun, it was on to the vinyl fun! I ordered the saying from www.thoughtsthatstick.com and the flowers and greenery I got at Michael’s.
I had so much fun decorating OUR house! We did all of this in just two days thanks to the help of my amazing hubby who understands my obsession when it comes to projects.
