Ben and I opted for a nice relaxing New Year’s Eve at home with our little guy. We partied long into to the night with a movie and pizza party that was complete with IBC Root Beer, music, games, sparkling grape juice, shrimp poppers, little pigs in a blanket, and of course, chocolate and other sweets! We were still up talking, laughing, and discussing our goals for the upcoming year, when Jayden woke up for his first night time feeding. Little did we know at the time it would be our hardest and most trying year yet, but we grew so much, and are now that much closer to achieving all of our goals and dreams that much stronger!
Jayden enjoyed his much beloved High School Musical (if you can’t tell), and then was pretty quick to fall asleep bundled in Mommy’s soft robe after a nice and relaxing bath.
After putting Jayden to bed, Ben and I began our own celebrating!
