In between recovering from Jayden’s surgery, getting adjusted to him and his new helmet to fix the flat spot on his head (I tell ya that poor child seems to hit all the not-so-fun-stuff), and moving into our first place, we tried (as always) to squeeze in some fun as a family too. From sleepovers at Gram n’ Gramps house, sewing with Grandma, enjoying game nights with family, and relaxing at home both the old and the new, I would say we were successful in our endeavors.
Jayden decided he would rather nap than sew. He was the one to move his hat like this. It was too funny!
The day Jayden got his helmet, he was NOT very happy about it. I can’t say I blame him. I would not want to wear that hot and sweaty thing 23 hours a day either! So we spoiled him with High School Musical and LOTS of cuddle time. That seemed to do the trick and soon our happy baby was back!
